  1. I am trying to find a replacement part for a vintage ride on train. The toot horn is broken off. The engine is green, the middle car is yellow with a blue elephant and an orange giraffe, the caboose is orange. I also cannot figure out how to remove the horn.

    • I wish I could give you some advice from experience, but I have not yet worked on one of those. I usually try not to remove any plastic parts if possible, as the sunlight and age breaks the plastic down, and it is liable to break when you try. I do find that the cozy coupe’s horn is usually three tabs that push into the steering wheel. But I have never been able to get a horn off of a steering wheel. You would have to push in a few small flat head screwdrivers down the side to try to push the tabs inward so the horn could pull off. Everytime I tried, I didn’t have enough strengh, or I couldn’t get the tabs pushed in. Does the train have a steering wheel? Can you remove it? Because you might be able to try a cozy coupe steering as a replacement, much easier fix. I hope that helps in some way.

  2. I have the blue van one (with sunroof!!) my little loves it I want to fix it up but don’t know what parts I need. It needs new frount wheels at least and the metal part not sure what else would fit with it. Thanks so much.

    • Hello,
So sorry for the delayed response. I have some family things going on right now. I have one, and I know the wheels are different, but you might be able to use the 30th cozy coupe parts on it, as long as you have them balanced on both sides. I just don’t have access to my cozy coupe right now. If I can get to it soon, I will try to measure it out for you to see if the new parts will work on it. In my post about fixing a broken wheel, there are a lot of measurement there, that might help you out.

    • Hi – I have the blue van one too and the back wheels are broke. My son is in love with it as well! I need a way to fix it and Little Tikes customer service was less than helpful. Did you ever come up with any solutions?

      • Hello,
If you were to change both tires on either the front, or the back, wherever your broken tire is it should work. I could be wrong though. I am about to work on the minivan and make a new post about it. I will try to get it done soon. From just looking at mine quickly the tires are quite similar to the Little Tikes 30th coupe. If you have your old tire off your minivan, you could measure the width, and height to see if it is close to the measurements I have for the 30th tire. Then it would be a matter of ordering new tires from Little Tikes and putting them on. I hope that helps. Melissa 🙂

  3. Do you have or know a way to replace the horn on the step 2 tottle tune? I’d love to find a way to get one that has or can record sound so it can play na na na na batman! lol I already purchased the batman logos from you.

    • WOW! That is an AWESOME idea! I actually have an electronics background, and I have the horn somewhere. I will take a peak at it, and see what could be done. It might take me a bit, though. Have you called Step 2? They might have a replacment horn they can send out to you. Is yours missing? Or not working? If it is not working, I always tell people to sand the battery terminals on the horn first, and see if that works. They get oxidized easily and that stops the flow of electricity in the circuit.

  4. Hello, I’m looking for Lightning McQueen decals for a 30th anniversary cozy coupe. Could you make those?

  5. I’m dying for the Batman stickers that fit the Little Tikes Truck. My grandson is such a Batman freak and they would make his birthday special! Any ideas how I can get my hands on a set!!!
I could probably make the cozy coupe ones do.

  6. Hi, I’m looking for the little tikes purple, I think it’s a cozy coupe, convertible. What is supposed to be the top is white.

  7. Hi, I am looking for General Lee decals for an 80s model coupe. Can you make those? It would need the flag for the top of the car and the 01 for the sides. Thanks!

  8. I have the light purple convertible from 1986 and I am looking for new stickers and at least 1 wheel. Do you have either? Thank you!

    • Hello, Is it the model T car? I do have a set I developed for another customer. I was going to make a blog post about it. Could you send me a picture so I could be sure it is the same one? Or else, I will try to whip off the blog post, so that you can also see what I am talking about. I can also list it too. I don’t have the wheels though. If you take some measurements, I might be able to point you in the right direction.

      Melissa 🙂

      • Wheels are 6″ by 2.5″ and have white, spoked, ‘hubcaps’. I cannot get a pic to download on here. I guess you would call it a model T style, lavender color. The ‘radiator’ is about 4″X 4″ and the ‘headlights’ are 2″ and round. ‘Tail lights’ are oval. Thank you.

  9. We actually have the original vintage cozy coupe from the initial manufacturing year 1979. It’s in really great condition and the stickers have remained in tact. My question is, how rare is this? I can’t seem to find anything online about it. Thanks!

    • I think most of the vintage coupes have the “1979” printed on them, but they were made from 1979 to I think the 2000s. Throughout most of the 90s they were still that model. I have come across a few, but if it is from 1979, and it is mint. To me that is very cool, rare, and worth keeping around for future generations. Melissa 🙂

  10. Hello. I need decals and a convertible top for the cozy coupe convertible. The yellow and red one. The one with a parent handle. Would you happen to have them?
