Hello. I have inherited a newer Cozy Truck but the front wheels are wobbly. Come to find out the previous owners forgot to install the axle bushings before hammering in the top hat pushnuts over ends of axels. Do you know of a way to remove the top hats? There is limited space to work around the hood area making it tricky. Thanks in advance.
Someone told me to use a paint can opener, that might work. Otherwise you can pry it off like I did with a flat head screw driver and tap it with a hammer to make it move. You should be able to find the cap nuts, or top hats at a hardware store, but if not I might have some, or you might find them on Ebay. 🙂
